MyDQE, DQE clients’ dedicated platform

DQE has developed for and made available to its clients an innovative platform designed to optimize the monitoring of data quality operations that clients carry out on their customer databases using DQE solutions.
As soon as a client subscribes to DQE, the Delivery team provides them access to the platform, so that they can manage projects efficiently, and carry out detailed follow-up.
With the MyDQE platform, clients can:
1. Track their use over time
The platform displays a graph detailing use by module and on a daily basis. This gives the client a clear view of the DQE solutions they use the most, and makes it easy to identify days when usage is high.

2. Set up alerts
With MyDQE, clients can set up alerts to notify them of over- or under-use in relation to their license. These alerts can be daily, monthly, or yearly, depending on the rhythm best suited to the specific needs of the business. This allows clients to anticipate any additional costs in the event of overruns, or to adapt their license choice when they renew, in the event of low usage.
3. Set a license block
Clients can choose to block their license when their daily, monthly, or yearly consumption reaches the specified threshold. For example, for the PHONE module: if the platform registers 2,000 calls in a day, and this is the volume stipulated in the license, then the solution automatically shuts down. This avoids the business creating additional expenses.
4. Test all solutions
A demo data collection form that is interactive is available on the platform, giving clients the chance to test all DQE modules, whether or not they are included in their current license.

5. View release notes
The platform gives users access to the latest information on modifications, enhancements, bug fixes, and new features available in DQE solutions.

6. Access support and technical documentation
The DQE Help Center can be accessed via the MyDQE platform. To help clients implement DQE solutions, the Help Center offers articles organized by project phase and by module. Clients can also create tickets via the Help Center to get support or personalized assistance.

7. Monitor DQE service status
To be transparent with clients, DQE offers real-time visibility of the service status of its solutions. The platform provides information on whether services are stable, or whether they are experiencing exceptional disruptions.
