DQE Acquires Omikron to Launch Europe’s Data Quality Trust Layer for AI

DQE, a leading European provider of Data Quality and trusted enterprise data solutions, today announced the acquisition of Omikron Data Solutions, a recognized German specialist in DACH data compliance, address standardization, and Master Data Management (MDM). Backed by growth equity investor Verto, this strategic move strengthens DQE’s vision of a European Data Quality Trust Layer for compliant, reliable, and AI-ready enterprise data — enabling organizations to deploy AI, automation, and customer systems with greater confidence.

The combined group brings together complementary Data Quality expertise and strong French and DACH market capabilities to support trusted enterprise AI and compliant data operations across Europe — while reinforcing the emergence of a sovereign European alternative in enterprise data management.

The group now generates €22 million in revenue (+25% YoY), serves 1000+ customers across 6 countries, and employs nearly 100 experts. This is DQE’s second acquisition in two years, alongside its organic expansion into Spain, the UK, the US, and China.
