In your job as senior account executive, your objective is to commercialize our
Software-as-a-Service platform going from account mapping to deal closing, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.

Your Role

In your job as senior account executive, your objective is to commercialize our
Software-as-a-Service platform going from account mapping to deal closing, with a strong emphasis on new business sales:

  • Prospecting the major accounts of your territory.
  • Engaging and converting prospects: fostering initial conversations,
    establishing relationships and conducting the negotiations.
  • Leverage your network in the industry to speed-up sales cycles.
  • Ensuring a healthy pipeline generation within your territory to ensure over-
    achievement.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to
    maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Closing opportunities and managing the financial aspects of the contract.  Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to leverage content to generate
    leads.
  • Working hand in hand with the Pre-Sales Managers to ensure compelling
    answers to technical questions.
  • Ensuring hand-over to the Professional Services Team teams to maximize
    value perception from the customer.
  • Tracking progress by stage on our CRM tool (Salesforce).

Requirement

    • Ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of successful selling experience, in a SaaS environment, ideally in the retail or CPG world.
    • Stability and achievement – Proven history of being a consistent top performer.
    • Comfortable with a consultative customer-centric sales approach.
    • You are comfortable working in a challenging environment achievingrevenue, targets (ARR, NRR, etc.).
    • Comfortable interacting with senior executives across large organizations.
    • Manage multiple complex sales processes concurrently and effectively.
    • Native English.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • A deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Graduation from a Business School (or equivalent university training).
